1) Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

2) Delivery Time (India)

  • Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • Remote areas may take 7–10 business days.

  • A tracking link will be shared via SMS/Email.

3) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Ongoing offers or free shipping (if applicable) will be automatically applied at checkout.

4) Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID and link to track your package.

5) Address Change

  • Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.

6) Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make 1–2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful due to incorrect address or no response, the package may be returned.

7) Possible Delays

  • Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, public holidays, or courier issues. We will keep you informed whenever possible.

8) Damaged/Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.

9) Lost Packages

  • If the courier confirms the package is “Lost in Transit,” we will offer a replacement or refund.

10) Service Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India. If a PIN code is not serviceable, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
