1) Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
2) Delivery Time (India)
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days.
Remote areas may take 7–10 business days.
A tracking link will be shared via SMS/Email.
3) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Ongoing offers or free shipping (if applicable) will be automatically applied at checkout.
4) Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID and link to track your package.
5) Address Change
Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
6) Delivery Attempts
The courier will make 1–2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful due to incorrect address or no response, the package may be returned.
7) Possible Delays
Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, public holidays, or courier issues. We will keep you informed whenever possible.
8) Damaged/Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.
9) Lost Packages
If the courier confirms the package is “Lost in Transit,” we will offer a replacement or refund.
10) Service Coverage
We currently ship only within India. If a PIN code is not serviceable, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
